“A man in search of his roots, the woman following his boots “-is the catchphrase behind the new documentary about Eugene Hutz. I dug up a trailer for it on YouTube, check it out. I can’t believe Hutz (Gogol Bordello’s) music is still not big in Ukraine!! He’s got quite a cult following in North America.

I am also surprised that they are not as big as they are in North America, but this also illustrates the level of development of the entertainment and music industry in Ukraine.

Yes, great entertainer he is! I am surprised to hear they have had some gigs in Kyiv before.
Vasyl, they have bigger potential then Serduchka to get big, they draw such diverse crowd. I saw myself punk mashpit and a devushkas dancing to them on the same floor.
