		<description>With a quick glance through the list I noticed that Shokoladnytsia that opened on Baseyna near Bessarabsky Rynok was not noted. I have stopped there a number of times when in need... 

Note that nearly all WiFI hotspots that use Volia as a provider will be limited... for example you won&#039;t be able to access either Yahoo, Hotmail or G-Mail because of the limitations of in country and out of country hosts... 

When I get some more time I will go through the list more carefully, and may ad some other Hot spots in town.
