		<description>head down to your fav market and go one of the italian or spanish shops - they&#039;ll have it for sure.  Or get some bog standard condensed milk at the supermarket and boil it in its tin (with a hole or two in it) for a couple hours and hey presto!</description>

		<description>yes, there should definitely be a way to get some. Crystal Palace where I live is full of people from Poland - do the also like condensed milk? There are several polish delicattessen here. Otherwise they are really fond of that kind of milk in Malaysia and Thailand also (should be similar, right?) ... maybe try that kind of Asian store?</description>
