Inviting rest stop
This is a flashback from my trip to Italy, Montepulciano. This is a hotel where we stayed, at one of the city’s ancient gates; it was hundreds of years old, with narrow steep steps to the top floor, but the view was worth it. Arriving somewhere in the middle, was this landing with very inviting chairs tempting me to stop for a rest.
