National Gallery from Trafalgar square

This week I receive visitors and it’s always great for revising my surroundings in a new interesting light, like here – the National Gallery on Trafalgar square.  It feels like I am seeing it for the first time all anew… Last night I set up an Etsy shop olechkodotorg.etsy.com for my paintings (separate from the olddrawings and watercolors shop olechko.etsy.com)

A personal video shared on Facebook (music in the background is by Okean Elzy)  is  by my friend made me pretty nostalgic of the time I’ve spent in Kyiv.  Most importantly – is  of the daily scenes that inspired me to paint the Post-Soviet series – check it out if you want to see what it is like from an expat’s point of view.
