Flight hall at the Science Museum

I don’t think I mentioned here before that I have a 3 yr old toddler.  It’s the day to mention now that his interests start spilling onto the pages of my sketchbook.  We are both seriously obsessed with the Science Museum’s Flight hall. Today we made our usual train ride to South Kensington to spend a happy time wandering amidst the vintage planes suspended in the air.  (really, it must be the beautiful light in that hall that draws me, but by now I can also name a dozen of various plane makers in there as well).

Just found your site and am enjoying it very much. I almost painted an airport yesterday because I picked up family there. I am a daily painter too but I sometimes take one day off a week. I look forward to going through your site…I finished all of Edward B. Gordon’s archives and now I will enjoy reading yours! All the best!
