Pam at the Royal Oak
Have been busy with this portrait painting this week, in fact it’s already well travelled: I started it back home in Ukraine and brought it in luggage to London before it can go to it’s proper owner in Australia. It’s slightly larger painting 30×40 cm, I feel much more comfortable with larger sized oils these days.

A dramatic portrait with a modern feel to it. Greatest contrast on the face allows us to keep going back to that point and resting there.I like the way you have minimalised the background.
