Best flat white in town
Reportedly this guy makes the best flat white in London. He is at Broadway market on Saturdays and Whitecross market by Barbican some other days. My friend said you can tell him by the long line next to it and surely enough it was worth the wait. On Broadway market he is usually in the middle of the street next to the flower stall.

Hi Olha, how’s everything going? Bill told me you’ve been helping out on some of his classes, and so have I – it’s great fun, isn’t it? Anyway, I’ve been following your blog, and today I am definitely intrigued: what is flat white? Is it an oil pigment? An illegal substance? Or some kind of exotic beverage? Enlighten me, do!

Love the painting, but I also don’t know what a flat white is. Must be something you southerners specialise in.
