STATEMENT
Currently I work on telling stories on 20×20 cm boards with oil paint. The visual language of varied painterly brushstrokes and contrasts of color carry out the narrative. I find delight in creating these little visions in a traditional manner, believing in the timeless value of the knowledge and skills of painting handed down for generations.

10.11.11 Today the Chase show at the RCA is opening with four of my Leeds castle paintings in it.
8.06.11 Will be having a show at the beautiful Eleven Spitalfields gallery this coming December, with the Dennis Severs’ House paintings
24.05.11 A larger (45×45 cm) painting was selected for the Royal Academy Summer Show this year.
7.04.11 My self-portrait is going to be hung in the BP Portrait Award 2011 competition at the National Portrait Gallery this June.

24.2.09 There is an article in the Independent about the upcoming group exhibit that I will participate in – in London – opening 5 March 6-9 pm, part of the London East Festival.
