Unless I am busy with a larger commission, this site gets updated with one small painting each day. You can view my portfolio or visit my drawings and oil paintings shops.
Most recently my work was included in the Royal Academy 2009 Summer Salon, Cork Street open exhibition, Society of Women Artists 2009 show and ING Discerning Eye 2008 at the Mall Galleries, London.
Several experiences contributed to my art background: I have graduated with an equivalent of Foundation course in Ukraine, took several courses at Prince’s Drawing School and Central Saint Martins, as well as studied privately with artists Yuri Solomko in Kyiv and Edward B. Gordon in Berlin. In the past year I have been painting one small (15×15 cm) oil painting and posting it on my website. This exercise resulted in two solo shows in Kyiv, Ukraine and ongoing representation by the Daily Painters gallery. Thanks to many of you my paintings found their new home in the private collections in Ukraine, US, UK, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, France, Austria, Jordan, and Mexico.

Unless otherwise specified, all the recent 6×6 in oil paintings here are for sale at $100. Email me at olechko[@]yahoo[dot]com and I will invoice you via PayPal. The painting goes to the first person who got in touch with me. If you like a painting that is already sold, please contact me with your request, I would be glad to discuss with you a commission. Commissioned art follows the same purchasing guidelines.

SHIPPING:
Royal Mail First Class shipping to Europe and the US of the oils is $5 (two weeks delivery), for the expedited shipping and destinations to the rest of the world please contact me for an estimate. Artwork will arrive in padded envelope, without any additional import tax or duty to pay. If any of the artwork is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me to arrange a replacement.

1.10.09 fourteen of my London streetscapes went up at the Broadway Market Bookshop
12.08.09 my work will be exhibited at the Cork Street Open Exhibition 6-14 August, 2009.
10.06.09 Today came out a review of my work by Martin Newman at the Mirror.co.uk Ticket In Art blog.
30.05.09 One of my paintings got accepted to the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition this year. It is on show at the RA Main galleries during 8 June-16 August.
12.05.09 Etsy store of my drawings and prints is now open!
22.04.09 Society of Women Artists show 2009 includes two of my paintings. Please come see the show at the Mall Galleries, until 2nd May.
24.2.09 There is an article in the Independent about the upcoming group exhibit that I will participate in – in London – opening 5 March 6-9 pm, part of the London East Festival.
19.2.09 Four of my paintings are on show (till 21st March) with the ART:RAW gallery’s Inaugural show marking it’s opening in Soho, New York. Read a note about the show in the Soho Journal.
