Columbia road flower market II
Monday, July 13th, 2009I am very lucky to live in the neighbourhood of the Columbia road flower market in London. Last week painted another view of it, thinking of putting these vignettes together a larger panoramic painting of the street…

Royal Oak – the place to work
Thursday, May 14th, 2009This guy was working on his laptop and talking on the phone at the same time one afternoon at my local pub – the Royal Oak on Columbia road – oblivious to the beautiful light falling on him from the window. Or was he?

Friday, March 20th, 2009Another take on the lovely place on Columbia road in London. Mostly I did this one on location, only finishing up some details when I got back home. It’s too nice out to stay indoors in London this week.

Sunday brunch at Campania
Tuesday, March 17th, 2009It’s past 12, time for brunch date on the buzzing Columbia road with the flower market. Campania gastronomia sits at the end of the street and offers great coffee, and Italian style breakfast. unfortunately I was sick (therefore the lack of paintings in the past few days) and could not try anything but the trusted crostini, but everyone else eating looked very satisfied, including these two tacking in their eggs benedict; a must come-back-to kind of place!
